This Fragrance outlet store did not make me aware of their no return but only exchange policy even with unopened items and receipt available for return with one week of purchase.
Not only did they not make me aware of this policy before purchase they did not even mention it after purchase. They silently circled this information printed on the receipt after purchase.
Since this is an unusual no return policy, i think deliberately letting the customer think that return policy is as most retail stores is misinforming the customer on purpose to gain business benefit and hence deceiving and fraudulent business practice. Also extremely aggressive behavior of salesperson when asked about refund.

Dissatisfaction
- Came in before Valentines Day to return unopened cologne.
- Staff refused the return with receipt and unopened boxes; claimed to be the manager and rude.
I came in before Valentines Day to get some cologne for my boyfriend when talking to the worker I have several questions about returning because I was very concerned about my boyfriend not enjoying the product I was just very hopeful that he would like my present but he did not I was told it was supposed to be an easy return if they were on open boxes and you had the receipt which I have both Were going to return them today I was told that they are unable to even with the receipt in the boxes unopened the lady was very rude stating multiple times that she was the manager and didnt offer any type of assistance I left frustrated and very angry I will tell everybody about my experience and I will never shop here again

Perfumania best for fragrances.
- Perfumania operates 137 stores and sells authentic fragrance.
- Fragrance Outlet sells knock-offs and is overpriced; Scentsation is small.
Perfumania is America's largest fragrance store(137 stores down from over 300); which also sells to your big box stores (e.g. Macy's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and more).
They own Paralux and Five-Star which are two of the biggest fragrance and cosmetic distributors in the USA. Everything they sell is 100% authentic as they buy from the licensed company as opposed to other discount fragrance stores which buy from the grey market like Fragrance Outlet or Scentsations. Beware of Fragrance Outlet as they sell knock-offs or perfumes and colognes inspired buy high end designers. While yes they do carry some authentic product also it is far overpriced.
Also, they don't display prices open to see. The worst part is they do not issue refunds or exchanges even if you just walked out of the store. Scentsation will even stoop to the level of trying to say they're perfumania or bought the company which is a joke and disparaging. Scentsation is a very small fragrance, oil, lotion company which has a very limited amount of product almost all being the cheaper or knock-off brands.
If you want good legitimate product at a good price go to Perfumania. If you want to spend a little more then go to your Big box mall department store.
You will definitely pay a premium. But rest assured it is the right product.
